While this sounds like a simple question, Foley Restoration has an experienced
team that understand the importance of proper training and professional metering
instruments to locate every area and material in the structure that has been
affected. We answer this question thoroughly, ensuring that areas are discovered
and treated thereby decreasing the potential for mould growth, rot and secondary
damage.
8. How “Wet” is It?
It is critical that the moisture in an affected structure be quantified This
not only allows for the condition to be documented in terms of “effected”,
but also gives us the information required to determine the best course of
action for each situation. At Foley Restoration, we train our employees in
the proper use of a variety of moisture devices allowing us to answer this
fundamental question.
9. Is it “Drying”
Another simple sounding but imperative question. Utilizing the knowledge
of ”what is wet” and “how wet is it?” we are able to track progress in every
restorative drying project. This allows us to accurately adjust the positioning
of our equipment and modify the climate conditions within the affected environment
to continually ensure that the project is completed in the most cost effective
and timely manner.
10. Is it “Dry”?
At Foley it is our policy to follow each project to its full completion.
Any materials that are left wet pose potential health risks, but by asking
the right questions, providing the right education, training and equipment
to our technicians, we are able to ensure that every flood emergency is resolved
safely and quickly.
11. How Long Will This Drying Equipment Be Here?
We are usually able to dry structures in 3-4 days, though some jobs require
more time.

Smoke odour is removed from your home using extensive cleaning methods, Indoor
Air Manipulation and Control, High Efficient Particle Aeration (HEPA), as

with a “Scope of Work Proposal”, laying out clear details of all the steps
